Silent Birds and Ancient Wisdom

Sleep is a lost cause these days. So is eating it seems. And, it follows, so is trying to look like anything that does not resemble poo, dirt, or a horse. If the week continues as it has begun, I shall be a dirty horse pooping by Friday. Just in time for the weekend fun.

In one of my heroic attempts at ingestion, I came across a little bird in my soup. He said nothing. My fortune, however, said that I could make a decision with confidence. Wonder of wonders! I stand at the sugary threshold of ancient wisdom and realize that, for perhaps the first time in my life, I have nary a weighty decision to make. Crap. I just jinxed myself. Okay, I am off to take a nap with confidence. Don't even try to talk me out of it. My mind is made-the heck-UP!

Well, not to try and shake your confidence, but too bad you wasted your decision on a nap. Maybe you could have saved it for something unforeseen but important ;)

Do fortunes have an expiration date? Maybe not. Maybe that's why they can have the wrong lotto numbers, becuase they will be right somewhere at sometime and there is no way to disprove that until time is done with, and then it won't matter.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed your nap, at least you can say it was the right thing to do. On the upside of things, everyone likes horses.

Eri, you crazeh thing. You actually DID post about that spoonful of eggdrop bird. :0P

Can I say I love you for it?? I do.

But just so's everyone knows, it looked like a bird, but she still ate it! What does that say about you? Should I call the ASPCA on you? I'm thinking this means you have homicidal bird tendencies and might need to be kept from wildlife until you're rehabilitated.

I guess we'll see what the feds say.
:oP

I'm sorry but I refuse to believe you can resemble anything of poop, or a horse or dirt. It is simply impossible and for the record Friday is anti dirty-horse-poo day.

You're beautiful!

Hey there, ed. I have more knitting knews for your blog dedicated to the art: Knit Theory.

Interesting comment spam by nit one perl two. Appartently someone entered the CAPTCHA correctly and knew that this blog was dedicated to knitting. It looks like now we have some human assistance in blog spam. It is spam, notice the exclamation point that is actually a link to brokencredit.com. They do this so more links are pointing to their site. With more links pointing to their site, it will rank higher in Google.
